How To Make Chocolate
Cupcake
Ingredients
§ 2 cups flour,
all-purpose
§ 2 cups sugar,
white granulated
§ 2 eggs
§ 1 teaspoon salt
§ 1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
§ 1 cup of water
§ ½ teaspoon
baking powder
§ 1 ¼ teaspoons
baking soda
§ ¼ cup butter
softened
§ ¾ cup sour cream
§ 4 ounces
unsweetened baking chocolate, melted and cooled
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350
degrees F
2. Add
cupcake pan with greaseproof cupcake liners
3. In a small bowl
whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder
4. In large mixing bowl
beat butter, sugar and melted chocolate until fluffy and well combined
5. Beat in eggs and
vanilla
6. Gradually add dry
ingredients, alternating with sour cream
7. Add water and slowly
beat until well combined
8. Divide batter evenly
into cupcake liners to ⅔ full
9. Bake at 350 degrees
F for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
10. Cool completely
11. Frost and decorate as desired
12. Cupcake is ready to be served
